A high intensity boxing training gym championing classic techniques and traditional skills. We offer sweat-driven group sessions or one-on-one personal training lead by leading boxing experts. Come ready to hit the bags!

GROUP SESSIONS

An individualized boxing workout in a group setting. No contact or fighting, just you and the heavy bag. All levels are welcome.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We have an experienced team of trainers that are available for one-on-one training. Our trainers can do a combination of boxing-inspired fitness to cardio, to lifting weights. We will tailor it to your needs.
